Privacy policy
This page explains what data the Terra Enigmatica site collects, why it is needed and how long it is kept. The document follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
1. What we collect#

We do not collect your name, address, date of birth or any other data that is not required to deliver an order.
2. Bank card data#
- 2.1 Payments are handled by the EasyDonate payment service and its partners.
- 2.2 Card numbers, CVV codes and other payment credentials never reach our site and are neither processed nor stored by us.
3. Cookies and analytics#
- 3.1 The site uses technical cookies only: the chosen theme and language.
- 3.2 The cart lives in your browser's local storage; only product ids and quantities are sent to the server when the price is calculated.
- 3.3 No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
4. Who receives the data#
- 4.1 The EasyDonate payment service — your nickname and email, to process the payment and send a receipt.
- 4.2 Authorised state bodies — upon a lawful, reasoned request.
- 4.3 The data is not shared with or sold to anyone else.
5. Retention#
- 5.1 Order records are kept for 3 years — required to confirm payments and resolve disputes.
- 5.2 Server technical logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
- 5.3 Theme and language cookies last up to 1 year or until you clear your browser.
6. How we protect the data#
- 6.1 The site runs over HTTPS.
- 6.2 Only the project owner has access to the server and the order storage.
- 6.3 Payment system keys are stored on the server and never sent to the browser.
- 6.4 Every payment notification is verified by digital signature, and repeated notifications are ignored.
7. Your rights#
You may request information about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Send your request using the contacts page; we reply within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy#
We may update this document. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last change is shown at the bottom.
