Public offer

This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below. The offer is addressed to any legally capable individual.

1. Terms#

Provider — the owner of the Terra Enigmatica game project; details are listed at the bottom of this page.
User — the person who places an order on the site.
Server — the Terra Enigmatica game server for Minecraft.
Service — granting the User extra features inside the Server: privileges (ranks), in-game currency (rubies), items and other virtual content.
Order — the set of Services chosen by the User together with the in-game nickname.

2. Subject of the agreement#

2.1 The Provider grants the User Services on the Server, and the User pays for them at the price shown in the shop at the moment the Order is placed.
2.2 The Services are purely for entertainment and work only inside the Server.
2.3 The virtual content purchased is not goods, property, a security or a means of payment, and has no value outside the Server.
2.4 The payment is a voluntary donation supporting the project, and the granted privileges are a thank-you for that support.

3. Placing and fulfilling an order#

3.1 The User provides an in-game nickname and an email address and confirms acceptance of this offer.
3.2 The User must check the nickname before paying. The Service is granted strictly to the nickname provided.
3.3 Payment is processed by the EasyDonate payment service. The Provider neither receives nor stores bank card data.
3.4 The Service is considered rendered the moment the privilege, currency or item is granted to the account with the given nickname.
3.5 Delivery is automatic and normally takes a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.
3.6 If the player is offline at that moment, delivery may happen on their next login.

4. Rights and obligations#

4.1 The Provider may change the range, price and content of the Services, as well as the Server rules, by publishing the changes on the site.
4.2 The Provider may refuse a Service or terminate it without a refund if the User breaks the server rules.
4.3 The Provider may temporarily suspend the Server for maintenance.
4.3.1 The Provider may at any time withdraw, disable or modify any virtual content granted to the User (rank, currency, item) without stating a reason. Such withdrawal is not a ground for a refund, since the payment is a voluntary donation (clause 2.4).
4.4 The User agrees not to exploit the payment system, not to place orders using someone else's payment means and not to dispute correctly rendered payments.
4.5 The User may contact support using the details on the contacts page.

5. Liability#

5.1 The Services are provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Server.
5.2 The Provider is not liable for the loss of virtual content due to a wipe, a map rollback, third-party actions, a compromise of the User's account or technical failures.
5.3 The Provider is not liable for delays on the side of the payment system or network providers.
5.4 The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the paid Order.
5.5 The User is responsible for everything done under their game account, including handing the account to third parties.

6. Duration and other terms#

6.1 The agreement takes effect upon payment and lasts until the obligations are fully performed.
6.2 Time-limited privileges last the stated number of days from delivery; permanent privileges last as long as the Server exists.
6.3 Shutting down the Server is not grounds for a refund of Services already rendered.
6.4 The Provider may amend this offer. A new version takes effect once published on the site and applies to orders placed afterwards.
6.5 Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of the Russian Federation.
