Terms#

Server: the Terra Enigmatica game server (mc.terra-enigmatica.ru). Buyer: the individual placing an order. Order: a catalogue item and its payment. Rank: a set of extra in-game features for a paid period or indefinitely. Rubies: in-game units (section 1).

1. What you purchase#

The provider offers paid access to ranks, rubies and other virtual content listed in the catalogue. The description, quantity, duration and price are shown before purchase. Rubies are in-game units for Terra Enigmatica, not money or electronic money; the project does not offer cash withdrawal or exchange for money. Bonus rubies credited on top of the paid quantity are not money either, cannot be withdrawn and are only usable for in-game features. Prices are in Russian rubles.

These features work only within Terra Enigmatica. A Minecraft licence is not included. The project is not an official Mojang or Microsoft product. Payment is for the selected features, not a donation. Playing on the server is free; only the extra features in the catalogue are paid, and free access does not require a purchase. The service is provided remotely over the internet with no restriction on the buyer's region; payment is in Russian rubles.

2. Orders and acceptance#

Before paying, review the product description, price, duration, this offer, the server rules and delivery and refund terms. Enter the exact in-game nickname and the contact details needed for your chosen payment method. Gifts are delivered to the nickname in the order. No website registration is needed to buy: a nickname is enough (plus a receipt email for card or SBP payments). Check the nickname and order contents before paying; a nickname mistake is reviewed case by case. The game account and access to purchases are personal; the provider is not responsible for consequences of sharing them with third parties.

Confirming this offer at checkout and paying forms the agreement. Payment is full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (Articles 437 and 438 of the Russian Civil Code). Minors require a legal representative's consent where required by Russian law.

3. Price and payment#

Catalogue prices are in Russian rubles. The total for the selected quantity and duration is shown before payment. Bonus rubies, where offered, are shown separately. Later price changes do not change paid orders. Each order is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. All settlements are cashless, using the payment method chosen at checkout.

Banking payment methods are provided through a payment service. Available methods and any fee appear on the payment page at checkout. Bank card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are neither sent to nor stored by the provider of this service; the payment service is responsible for payment security. A receipt is provided as required by law; contact support with receipt questions.

4. Delivery and duration#

No physical shipping is involved. Once payment is confirmed, the order enters the delivery queue for the specified nickname and is delivered within 30 minutes of payment confirmation while the game server is running and you are in the game. Join the game server to receive your purchase; if you were already online when paying, you may need to rejoin. Delivery waits while the game server is unavailable.

For a missing purchase, contact support with your nickname and payment ID. A time-limited rank lasts for the purchased period from activation. An indefinite rank has no scheduled expiry and lasts while the project operates; this does not remove remedies for a failure to fulfil the agreement.

Crediting rubies or items fulfils the obligation to deliver those units. A time-limited rank also includes access throughout the paid period.

5. Server operation#

Purchases do not exempt players from the server rules. Moderation, access and refund issues are considered on their circumstances and under applicable law. Refunds for paid features after an account ban are handled under section 6. Players are responsible for messages and content they post (see the server rules). Sanctions can be appealed via support; an appeal does not remove refund rights under section 6. Maintenance and outages are possible. You may request restoration of access, correction of a delivery failure or a refund where entitled.

Rule changes, a wipe, a technical failure or closure of the project do not automatically release the provider from obligations for paid orders.

6. Cancellation and refunds#

You may request cancellation of further services. Any refund calculation takes account of obligations already fulfilled and documented expenses that may lawfully be retained; the calculation is communicated to you. Duplicate charges, failed delivery and defects are considered individually. A duplicate charge or a charge different from the checkout amount is refunded after the payment is verified. Digital delivery alone is not a reason to refuse to consider a claim.

To request a refund, write to raazizizxc@gmail.com or @TerraEnigmatica_bot, with the nickname, payment ID, date, amount and requested remedy.

A refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date. Claims concerning failed delivery, a mistaken or duplicate charge, or defects, and cancellation of further services with an unexpired paid period, are also accepted after that period, within the periods set by Russian law.

A refund request is considered within 10 calendar days of its receipt, and an approved refund is sent to the payment provider within the same period. The decision is sent through the same channel the request came from.

Refunds are made to the same payment details that were used for the payment (the same bank card or account). Refunds to third-party details are not made. The crediting time after approval depends on the payment provider and the bank. See the refund procedure.

7. Data and applicable terms#

Order data is processed to conclude and perform the agreement and meet legal obligations. See the personal data policy. New versions of this offer apply to later orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights for paid orders.

Russian law applies. This offer does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contacting support does not remove other legal remedies. Claims are sent via support contacts; the seller replies within 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to court under Russian law. Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure (government decisions, natural disasters, communication or power grid failures) while it lasts. Messages by email and via the support bot count as notices under the agreement. A purchase does not transfer any copyright or other exclusive rights to the server, its software, texts or design; purchased features are for personal non-commercial use. This offer is valid from publication on the website until withdrawn or replaced by a new version. The Russian version is the original; this English version is provided for convenience.
